Chocolate Cauliflower Muffins

Yup the kids had no idea we put cauliflower in their chocolate muffins. Why did I tell them!!!! Well, I wanted to be honest with them. My girlfriend Amy and I made  the chocolate muffins for a TV show and we always pre make stuff to make sure we love the stuff first. You don’t want to know how many recipes I try in our house before I put them out there.  If my kids don’t like them then I’m not going to put the recipe on TV. Well, first Amy tried them and she loved the muffins. Then I tried them and I loved the muffins AND I’m a chocoholic. Now it was time for the kids to test them out.
